Epi 15 - Bring on the Fun - Your Child Within
0:00 / 21:23
Trail notes
Think about all the times we created fun from nothing when we were kids. Why did we stop doing that? What made us think that we had to be so serious all the time?
As adults, we often train the fun right out of ourselves like it is part of the right of passage to adulthood. Kids have it right. They bring joy to each thing they do, even if it means shooting dirty laundry into a hamper like a basketball net waiting to receive the ball or singing to themselves.
This episode talks about incorporating WINs into our days and having more fun and joy in otherwise mundane tasks.
Reminding us who great it is to be a kid at heart.
